- Initially hesitant about a male therapist, but developed comfort and openness during sessions.

- After 2 months, therapist expressed distress over not reaching the core issue, emphasizing the importance of disclosure without pushing.

- Patiently guided gradual opening up, explaining consequences of undisclosed trauma and stressing therapy's effectiveness with openness.

- Employed rewiring/reenactment to help overcome trauma, resulting in significant improvements in behavior, emotions, and interests.

- Consistently used easy and relatable examples throughout the process.

Areas of improvement:

- Clearer communication on the therapeutic plan and milestones ( maybe like a report on progress )could improve expectations and goal-setting for the patient.

- At times, there was a lack of proactive probing to address underlying incidents, requiring more initiative from the therapist.

- The brevity of sessions occasionally left insufficient time to delve into deeper issues, and considering longer sessions could provide a more comprehensive exploration of therapeutic topics.
